The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract. All contracts should be completed and returned within 10 days. Any contract not received within this time will be considered void.
MRE will allow a set up time and pack down time upon booking to the client. If access to the room is delayed or later than stated, the artiste will be honoured the same amount of set up time.
MRE requires an invoice for all work, before any payment will be made. Payments will be made in accordance by MRE once paid by the venue / client.
The artiste is responsible to avoid being double booked and agrees not to take any other booking on this date, once committed.
The Hirer and MRE are not responsible for artiste's loss of property or damage unless the hirer and MRE have shown evidence of conducted gross negligence.
The venue is responsible for any licenses required for live music.
The artiste shall not consume alcohol or be under the influence of drugs unless otherwise on prescription medication. Any medications that may cause drowsiness or compromises the Artiste's ability to work satisfactory and within health and safety guidelines, will be considered not fit to work and therefore unable to commit to the assignment.
The artiste should come equipped with a device or be responsible for alternative music backup, should the equipment crash/ freeze or cease working.
Only cards supplied by Matt Richies Roadshow shall be given out at the event. You must not give out your own cards or any other advertising materials other than MRE's advertising. Breech of this term could result in termination of future bookings.
The artiste is responsible for ensuring any PLI and PAT certificates are in order.
The artiste should be clean, well groomed and smartly dressed at all times. This should consist of a plain smart shirt, trousers and shoes at all times when performing unless otherwise stated in the contract. No Jeans, T-Shirts, Polo Shirts or Trainers are to be worn unless otherwise stated.
